Coach Gary Uribe working with WR Jason Mitchell. The Manual Neck Exercise works on the eccentric and concentric strength of the neck. This is much better than a machine because the coach knows exactly how hard the athlete is working. This exercise not only works on strengthening the neck, it also improves on flexibility and range of motion.
