The View from Inside
Inside, you'll find that the weight room is divided into one large room and three small rooms.
When you first walk in, a ramp leading toward the largest room passes by a small, red-floored room used for "plyometrics", or med-ball work.
Continuing on, you enter the largest room where much of the equipment is located:
